The KASC Project [L.L.] offers a lighter, more versatile take on the groundbreaking Hybrid Cask concept.
As a blended Irish whiskey crafted for a softer, more mixable profile, [L.L.] serves as the approachable counterpart to the bold, full-bodied [B] release — the world’s first Hybrid Cask Irish whiskey.
Unlike its siblings, [L.L.] is not fully matured in Kinahan’s bespoke hybrid casks. Instead, it draws just enough influence to maintain the essence and distinctive character of [B], while delivering a smoother experience designed for broader appeal and mixability.

Freshly cut mango & pineapple, poached spiced pear, molasses with a hint of vanilla oak.
PALATE:
Charred apricot, caramelized tropical fruits, sweet sun-dried Malvasia grapes and espresso burnt sugar.
FINISH:
Madeira cake, more pineapple and toasted cereal with pleasant creamy tannins.

The KASC Project isn’t just another whiskey range — it is a radical reinvention of how whiskey flavour is born.
At its heart lies the Hybrid Cask™, a bold experiment: harnessing the terroir of wood itself to craft flavour from the cask up. Each Hybrid Cask™ is hand-built and uniquely constructed from a selection of five distinct wood types - Portuguese Oak, American Oak, French Oak, Hungarian Oak, and Chestnut.
Every tree type tells a story. Every wood style adds a layer.
The result? A whiskey with a very deistinctive character, of rare complexity and depth, where flavours collide and evolve - spice meets sweetness, richness meets restraint and balance ties it all together.
